Shipping Policy

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Shanelle Luxe Boutique, LLC uses USPS First Class or Priority Mail for ‘standard shipping’ orders. Standard shipping rates are a FLAT FEE of $7.95 or FREE Shipping on all orders of $100 or more.

All orders take 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed and packaged before being shipped. Our team will continue to do our best to ensure your package is shipped as promptly as possible. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will typically be shipped out the same day, but no later than next day. At this time we do not offer Next Day/Expedited shipping.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the provided address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned back to us due to incorrect or undelivered address error.
